Whilst online resources are all well and good, you are not always by an internet connected computer, or do not have access to all those bookmarked favourites that you use.As a solution we list below the index for online resources NRC advisers have in their paper manual. This manual covers generalist advice for refugee and asylum seeker, and does not include sources in respect of advising on an asylum law. We also presume that advisers have access to standard texts such as the CPAG Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits handbook etc., and to application forms and guides for the principal types of advice they give.
