Asylum Support
NASS1 Application for s.95 (cash) asylum support, and accommodation, if required.
Sec. 4 (c.o)
Application for section 4 (voucher support) for failed asylum seekers where they have a caseowner dealing with their case i.e. case is in NAM.
Sec. 4 (case resolution)
Application for section 4 (voucher support) for failed asylum seekers where they have no caseowner dealing with their case i.e. case is with Case Resolution Directorate.
S4 Provision (c.o)
Provision of services and facilities application for those on section 4 support (i.e. travel costs, maternity grant, extra payments for children) where they have caseowner.
S4 Provision (CRD)
As above, where has no caseowner (i.e. Case Resolution Team case)
Integration Loan
Integration Loan application form for those granted refugee status or Humanitarian Protection
Refugee etc. applications
None required Asylum.  Must be made in person at port of entry or at Asylum Screening Units at UKBA Croydon.
Further Submissions
Fresh asylum claim for those previously refused. An appointment has to be made at UKBA first.  Whilst forms are not compulsory, the basis of the fresh claim must be put in writing and taken to the appointment.  Appointments may not be necessary for the elderly or disabled - see UKBA website
SET (Protection Route) Application for settlement (indefinite leave) from person granted 5-years limited leave as a refugee or with Humanitarian Protection after 30th August 2005.
HPDL Application for indefinite leave if previously granted limited leave following refusal of asylum, and are within one month of completing that leave. Limited leave means: discretionary leave; or humanitarian protection prior to 31st August 2005; or ELR for a period of less than four years or for individual periods of less than four years even if now totalling four years or more (those granted four years' ELR in one block should use Form ELR or SET(O)).

Transfer indefinite leave previously granted to be entered into a new passport or travel document.

COA Marriage /
Civil Partnership
Permission to marry or register a civil partnership in the UK. Certificate allowing foreign nationals with limited leave to notify a Registrar that they intend to marry in the UK. Approval for marriage does not constitute leave to remain.
FLR( M) Application for extension of stay in UK as spouse or unmarried partner of a person present and settled here.
 ICFN(RC)  Replacement Compulsory Identity Card for certain foreign nationals (inc. those getting leave through FLR(M_ application.  See also UKBA page on ID cards

SET(O) Indefinite leave as:-

SET(DV) Domestic Violence
SET(F) Indefinite leave as a family member (other than spouse or unmarried partner) of person present and settled in UK, ie:
child under 18 of a parent or parents or relative present and settled

parent grandparent or other dependent relative of a person present and settled
Nationality and Citizenship
AN Naturalisation as a spouse or on 5 years residence
MN1 Registration by a child under 18
NC  Replacement Nationality Certificate for post 1986 issued certificates.

EU/EEA
EEA1 Application for a registration certificate confirming right of residence of an EEA or Swiss national
EEA2 Application for a residence card (passport endorsement) for a non-EEA national who is a family member of a resident EEA or Swiss national, and not covered by FMRS above
EEA3 Application by EEA/Swiss national for permanent residence
EEA4 Application by non-EEA/Swiss national family member for permanent residence
 Application forms for 'A8' Accession country nationals:
WRS
 Workers Registration Scheme application for A8 nationals for their first year of residence.  Once they have had 1 years continuous registration and employment under the scheme they may apply for a registration certificate on form EEA1.
FMRS Non-EEA national family members of nationals of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia or Slovenia are not eligible to apply for a residence card (see form EEA2 above) until the EEA national has completed 12 months continuous employment in the United Kingdom. Meanwhile they can apply on this form for a family member residence stamp to confirm his/her right of residence under European law.
