The NRC Advice drop-ins provide Refugees and Asylum Seekers with free, independent, impartial, confidential advice on a wide range of subjects; such as asylum support, welfare, education, employment, housing and healthcare.

We run drop-ins in a number of locations across Sheffield, as well as further sessions across South Yorkshire. No appointment is necessary, just turn up on the day.

 

Sheffield Advice Link

Twice a week, NRC runs a drop-in at Sheffield Advice Link (SAL).

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10am to 1pm.

Where: NRC Advice Service, North Gallery, Castle Market, Exchange Street, Sheffield, S1 2AJ.

The NRC offices are on the first floor of the Castle Market building, accessed by a exterior flight of stairs.

 

Women friendly Advice Sessions - Sheffield

When: Wednesdays, from 9.30 - 12.00 noon.

Where: NRC Advice Service, North Gallery, Castle Market, Exchange Street, Sheffield, S1 2AJ.

 

Rotherham

An NRC advice worker works permanently in Rotherham, based at Rotherham Citizen's Advice Bureau.

When: Thursdays from 10 a.m. To 12.30 p.m.

Where: Rotherham CAB, the Old Hall, Wellgate, Rotherham

Doncaster

The NRC runs a drop-in and appointments service in Doncaster in co-operation with Doncaster Citizens Advice Bureau.

Drop-in: -
When: Mondays 12.00 a.m - 3.00 p.m.

 

Where: Northern Refugee Centre office, 37 Bennethorpe Road, Doncaster DN2 6AA.
